Lichtreise is a visualization of a specific holiday itinerary. What makes this work special, is how simple non-digital technology has been used to generate the map: the basis is a long-time exposure picture, which was lit with a physically moving batter-powered UV-LED light and a battery. The map itself was lit in a separate step, which all combined resulted in a beautifully “rendered” infographic.
